“ Staff and ambiance was lovely! The restaurant has really great attention to detail in its decor choices. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs! The food was delicious and affordable—exactly what you’d expect from a Japanese resto and deserves the hype! Salmon sashimi - 9/10 Agedashi Tofu - 10/10 Chicken Yakiniku - 10/10 Philadelphia Roll - 10/10 Kani Salad - 8/10 Don’t forget dessert!! Hottokeki - 15/10 P.S. “ Good food! Love the Philadelphia roll Atmosphere was very nice, very intimate Service was good too Food is tastes good and can satisfy cravings. Aside from the roll, there are better ramen elsewhere Overall it was still a great dinner experience. I caught up with my friends and had a nice evening. ”
“ Ben-san is now on my list of favorites that you must try atleast once (You'll definitely be coming back). The food is immaculate and authentic. The ambiance is intimate and cozy. This place is good to come for any occasion or if you ever have that craving for japanese food, this is the spot. ”
“ Average food not gonna lie, or maybe just the dishes we've ordered. The ramen surprisingly had a large serving portion given the price. The meats of the teppanyaki and the chashu were tender but not tender enough, wasn't a surprise because the serving time was relatively rather quick. ”
“ One of the better Japanese restauarants in the area. Granted we only tried a few dishes, but what we tasted was good. The chirashi and unaju were good, at least. So were the maki rolls. I'll make sure to come back to try the ramen and other dishes. Oh, and they have additional parking at the back of the building. ”
“ Pleasantly surprised by how excellent this place was. Nondescript facade but a very cozy and authentic interior. Loved the old school electronics corner. Place has character and the vibe inside matched the positive energy of the patrons and the helpful service staff. The food was downright excellent and without preposterous pricing. Sashimi on point and the teppanyaki meats were delicious. Rolls crafted delicately and professionally. And the quality of the tofu was something I'd long been looking for around town. Plenty of parking in the back or curbside and all payment options covered. Friendly and competent staff. All together, excellent resto worthy of recommendation! ”
“ We’ve passed by this restaurant so many times, and we finally decided to try it. Surprisingly, it was really good! My husband and I loved the food, and the prices were fair too. The service was great, fast, attentive, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. I especially loved the light and cozy atmosphere. The only thing I wish they had was a menu with descriptions, so it’d be easier to explore dishes we’re not too familiar with. Still, definitely coming back! ”
